Remanufactured Engines

Remanufacturing Process:
Thorough Cleaning – The remanufacturing journey begins with the complete disassembly of each engine, followed by an intensive cleaning process. Cast iron engines undergo a hot tank cleaning, while aluminum ones are cleaned through a thermal method.
Detailed Examination – Magnaflux testing, a method that uses magnetic particles to detect any microscopic cracks or flaws in the metal, which could lead to future failures. Additionally, every component undergoes a rigorous visual inspection.
Precision Machining & Fresh Components – The engine's deck surfaces are meticulously CNC machined, and we integrate brand-new components to ensure reliability and performance. These new parts include bearings, pistons, rings, lifters, an oil pump, gaskets, Viton™ valve seals, freeze plugs, galley plugs, and either a new timing chain with tensioners or a new timing belt with a tensioner. Engines that feature a timing-driven water pump receive a new pump as well.
SIM Testing for Quality Assurance – Following reassembly, each engine is subject to SIM testing. This process involves pressurizing the cooling and oil systems and spinning the crank at high RPMs to check for proper compression and to ensure the rebuild meets our stringent quality standards.
