  • Q: How long does it usually takes for my used part to arrive?

  • A: Typically, it takes somewhere between 7-14 business days. However, sometimes due to unusual circumstances like weather delays, order volumes, holidays, etc., it may take some additional time.

  • Q: After my order has been processed, how long will it take to receive my remanufactured engine or transmission?

  • A: Typically, your part will be shipped within 2-3 business days. Please allow additional time due to weather delays or unforeseen circumstances

  • Q: How does my part arrive?

  • A: Depending on the part ordered, your used part will arrive either on a 3x3 pallet, shrink wrapped and drained of all fluids. Your remanufactured part will arrive in a POD. A POD is a special container designed for the shipping of the part and core return. You will find carrier and tracking information by shipping tracker tool we have incorporated on our website.

  • Q: Will I be receiving the exact part I have searched for?

  • A: You will receive an interchangeable engine or transmission for your vehicle. Our VIN compatibility tool will assure that your part fits your exact vehicle. Engines and Transmissions are made to fit within a number of production years for specific makes and models.

  • Q: How do I know that the part I found on your website is compatible with my vehicle?

  • A: Our checkout process is designed to verify compatibility of your part, based on VIN (Vehicle Identification Number), which you will be asked to enter during the checkout. Your credit card will not be processed until verification is complete. Should we need any additional information, you will be contacted by a member of our technical support.

  • Q: What will be included with my used engine?

  • A: Engines come complete, without AC Compressor, Starter, Alternator or Power Steering Pump. Parts left on the engine block are for convenience purposes only

  • Q: What is included with our remanufactured engines?

  • A: You will receive an engine which is commonly known as a "long block engine." A long block is an engine sub-assembly that consists of the assembled block, crankshaft, cylinder head, camshaft, valve train, gaskets and oil pump. There are certain parts, such as the oil pan, valve covers, timing covers, and intake manifold are usually removed. The power steering pump, starter, AC compressor and alternator are not included. To make the installation process easier for you, we offer an Engine Installation Kit. Our Engine Installation Kit includes the following: Filters, various tune up items, distributor caps, rotors, plug wires, spark plugs, belts, radiator hoses, new water pump, new mechanical fuel pump (if applicable), thermostat and radiator cap. Parts included in the Engine Installation Kit may vary based on the specifications of the engine. We will verify compatibility of the Engine Installation Kit, based on the VIN number provided at checkout.

  • Q: Does your transmission comes with a torque converter?

  • A: Yes, our Used and Remanufactured transmissions always come with torque converter.

  • Q: Does your quote includes free shipping and handling?

  • A: Yes, shipping is FREE to most locations within Continental US. Shipping to the customers residing in either Alaska or Hawaii will result in an additional shipping charge. There is a $75.00 residential delivery fee. Some of the boroughs of New York (Queens, Manhattan, Bronx, Brooklyn, Long Island or Staten Island) may result in an additional shipping charges as well.

  • Q: What are the payment options?

  • A: Most credit cards are accepted through our website. Payments are also accepted in the form of PayPal or Chase QuickPay. Please note, your payment has to clear before your item will ship.
