We are happy to provide fast flat-rate shipping on used transmissions to a commercial location within the continental United States that has access to a forklift. Please note that residential addresses or locations that require a liftgate for unloading will need to pay a $99 liftgate fee to the carrier.

If you are having it shipped to a business please ensure that your commercial address can receive freight without any notification or a previously set appointment. Also, please ensure that there is ample room for the delivery truck to park and unload your used transmission with a forklift. Car Part Planet is not responsible for any fees, including those incurred because of storage or re-delivery.

Typically, delivery occurs within 7 to 14 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. We will always do our best to get your products to you as soon as possible. However, be aware that in certain areas in California, New York, Oregon, Colorado, and Utah, the delivery may take longer and cost more. Please note that the delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Please inspect your used transmission upon receiving it. Look for damage that may occur during shipping, and check for missing or broken parts. Report any damage to us immediately so that we can get right to work taking care of the situation for you. If you fail to report missing, damaged, or incorrect components prior to signing the shipping documents, the responsibility will fall on the receiver.

Our standard warranty coverage for used transmissions is limited to manufacturing defects, torque converter (automatic transmissions), transmission housing, and all internal parts, including shafts and gears.

Please note that used transmission warranty does not cover any external or accessory parts, including sensors, wires, cables, electronics, switches, etc.

Used transmissions years 2000 and older are covered by our 6-month or 6,000 miles, parts only. Labor is not covered under this warranty for any used parts. Used transmissions for commercial vehicles are covered for 6 months or 6,000 miles, whichever comes first, for parts only. Labor is not covered under this warranty for any used parts.

CVT transmissions are also covered under a 6-month or 6,000 miles, parts only. Labor is not covered under this warranty for any used parts.

Our parts-only warranty for used manual transmissions lasts 6-months or 6000 miles, whichever comes first. Labor is not covered under this warranty for any used parts.

Used transmissions for personal vehicles from the year 2001 and newer are covered by a 1-year or 12,000 miles parts-only warranty, whichever comes first. Labor is not covered under this warranty for any used parts. Used transmissions for commercial vehicles are covered for 6 months or 6,000 miles whichever comes first, parts only. Labor is not covered under this warranty for any used parts. All CVT and manual transmissions are covered by a 6-month or 6000-mile parts-only warranty. Labor is not covered under this warranty for any used parts.
