Once your remanufactured unit is installed, simply contact us to schedule FREE core pickup, we cover the shipping both ways! Returns must be scheduled within 30 days. If you selected the “Waive Core Charge” option at checkout, your card will only be charged if the core isn’t returned. Need more time? Just reach out. Remember: your warranty depends on returning the core.

Residential or liftgate deliveries incur a $99 fee. Every unit is fully tested before shipment. Please inspect your delivery upon arrival and report any damage immediately, we’ll work with you to make it right.

Coverage is fully transferable, includes parts and labor at certified repair shops, and offers instant replacement if needed.
