Flat-Rate Shipping
To utilize our fast flat-rate shipping service the shipping address must be in a commercially zoned location. The shipping address location must be able to receive freight without the need for the liftgate or prior notice for the appointment. There is a $99 residential/liftgate fee for shipping to a residential address or a commercial address that requires a liftgate to unload.
Please note, that certain locations such as remote areas as well as certain locations in CO, UT, NY, OR, and CA may incur additional delivery fees or extended shipping times. There may be order delays due to extenuating circumstances, nevertheless, we will do our best to get your order out as soon as possible.
Please note that all shipping times are estimated and not guaranteed. Car Part Planet will not be responsible for any additional fees that a carrier may charge due to issues such as re-delivery or storage. All our remanufactured engines are thoroughly tested before shipping; however, damage can occur during transit.
Damaged, incorrect, or missing parts should be reported by the receiver immediately upon the time of delivery. Any failure to notify us of any damage and/or incorrect or missing parts before signing shipping documents puts the responsibility on the representative of the company designated to sign for the delivery (the "purchaser/receiver").
Core Return Policy
In order to keep our prices low, we require your old part (core) to be sent back to us. For your convenience, we cover all shipping costs associated with returning your core. It’s important to note that the core return is something the customer is responsible for and needs to be initiated by the customer.
